It's simple but powerful. It also allows for flexibility. I've learned to start small and build. It's been a great ride. I'm happy with the progress and I know myself so much better now. Before finding Strength Unchained, my biggest struggles were finding motivation to change my lifestyle. It was definitely frustrating. Previously, I had worked/lived/performed at a "higher" pace/lifestyle. I had more energy and a better decision making process. Once my job/career began, my lifestyle changed. The decision making process changed, priorities changed and I lost focus on keeping myself healthy. My health suffered, my body deteriorated and my energy level followed. Working with Brad helped me set new goals, athletic and nutritional. It kept me focused in every aspect of my life. This program has gotten my lifestyle back on track to where I wanted it to be. Making good nutritional decisions along with giving me the knowledge to continue my athletic aspersions.
