We use a habit-based approach here.
One skill at a time, at an individual pace, so you can really focus your efforts on mastering it. This works because once you've practiced a skill enough, it becomes a habit. And healthy habits help give you a sustainable lifestyle.
You will get a list of the ‘biggest bang for your buck’ skills/habits that are listed in some general order of importance for most people.
Every 2 weeks you will select one of the skills/habits and practice only that. Then in week 3, you will select another skill/habit to add to first one and so on.
